Patient Exercise Program

As part of the therapy process, we provide our patients individualized exercise programs to be done in the home. These programs are created by their therapist and allow for the patient to view their personalized exercise program in an electronic format that is available with a login ID and password that will be emailed to the patient. If a patient does not receive an email with an exercise program from their therapist, please contact our office at (479) 968-2525.
