River Valley Therapy & Sports Medicine offers a comprehensive rehabilitation program for a wide variety of surgical procedures. Our rehabilitation programs are focused on restoring function and goals are designed to reflect the needs of each patient.
Pre-operative physical therapy is provided at River Valley Therapy & Sports Medicine as an alternative for patients who are not candidates for surgery or for those who plan on surgery in the near future.
Post-operative care is performed at the highest therapeutic level with the protection of the patient and preservation of function as the primary goals. Our therapists want to achieve the fastest possible recovery without endangering the surgical repair or the patient's safety. Regular communication with the surgeon and following their protocols are of the utmost importance and always allows the patient excellent outcomes.
